Repairs and maintenance

If you need an appliance repaired, or have a problem in your apartment that needs to be fixed, you can call us on 09 551 6060 between the hours of 8.30 and 4.30 or fill in the email request form on the right.

You will be contacted by us, or our contractor, to arrange for access to the apartment to do the repair. This can be when you are there, or we can provide the contractor with a key with your approval.

Be aware that if a contractor makes an appointment with you that you do not keep, you may be charged a call out fee.
