First Street Body Corp Management Ltd is a specialist Body Corporate Management Company which has operated in the Auckland Market since 2006.
Our portfolio spans a range of complexes, from single level units and townhouses to large flagship buildings. We have built longstanding relationships with many residential and commercial bodies corporate, developers, building managers and owners. We are also experienced managers of residents’ societies.

Director
Director, Sarah Woodhams, has an extensive background in the provision of professional services and is a skilled relationship manager. Having completed a law degree with honours she has a particular interest in the legislative landscape of strata management and incorporated societies in NZ. Sarah is also keen to ensure continual process improvement for the benefit of owners, including through technology.
Nicki Pugh
Body Corporate Manager
Nicki began her career in hospitality and customer services before moving into body corporate management. She now has more than eight years’ experience in body corporate management and during that time has managed a range of properties across the North Island, including both large and small commercial and residential complexes. Nicki is passionate about providing excellent customer service to her clients. She is a strong communicator who forges long lasting relationships with the body corporate committees, unit owners and contractors that she engages with.
Tony Woodworth
Director
Director, Tony Woodworth, has a wealth of knowledge in complex Bodies Corporates, Litigation and Body Corporate Administration. He is extremely passionate about the industry, legislation, and best practice within the complex Strata environment. Over the years Tony has been called upon and appointed as an industry expert by the High Court. Tony acts as an expert advisor to our First Street team.

Accounts Manager
Janine is a highly experienced accounts manager with more than 16 years of experience in body corporate financial management. She has an outstanding eye for details and is meticulous and proactive in her approach.
Nicole Watkins
Accounts Executive
Nicole has thirteen years’ experience as an accounts executive and manages levy collection for FirstStreet. Nicole is highly professional and takes a genuine interest in all aspects of the business.
